BUYER:
The registered user information on the platform shall apply.

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services (AI render service) purchased electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's nonform.ai platform, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The service subject to sale is the AI-powered architectural rendering service offered through the nonform.ai platform. Users can perform rendering operations by purchasing service packages. Service package prices and details are displayed on the platform's pricing page. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.

Payments are made by credit card/debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your payment information is securely processed by iyzico and is not stored by the SELLER.

The purchased service package is activated in the user's account immediately upon payment confirmation. As this is a digital service, physical delivery is not applicable.

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environments and for intangible goods delivered instantly.

Since the purchased render service packages are activated immediately upon payment confirmation and are of digital content nature, they are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

However, in case the service cannot be provided due to a technical issue, the SELLER will refund the unused service amount.

The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement before using the platform. Legal regulations shall apply in matters not covered by this agreement.

For disputes arising from this agreement, the BUYER (consumer) may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place where the goods or services were purchased or where the BUYER resides, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes above these limits, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
