Delivery and Return Policy

All services purchased through nonform.ai are digital in nature. Purchased packages, credits and output entitlements are defined in the user's account immediately after the payment is successfully completed. No physical product delivery is involved.

Services are reflected in the user's account instantly (within a few minutes at most) following payment confirmation. If the service is not reflected despite payment confirmation, please contact us at ai.nonform@gmail.com.

Return conditions vary according to the type of product purchased; the regime applied to your order is stated in the header of the order copy sent to you by email.

One-off digital products (credit packages, one-off report/drawing purchases): As these products are defined in your account immediately upon payment approval, no right of withdrawal arises, pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which governs the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This matter is brought to your attention before order confirmation by a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked.

Fixed-term subscriptions (monthly/annual): As a rule, you have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. If you expressly request that the service be started before the withdrawal period expires, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If part of the subscription period has been used, a pro-rata amount is deducted for the period used and the remaining amount is refunded.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, a refund is also made in the following cases:

• The service cannot be provided at all due to a technical failure
• A duplicate (double) payment has been made
• An incorrect amount has been charged due to a system error
• Promotional/trial (pilot) services expressly offered as "refund guaranteed" on the sales page — under the period and conditions stated on that page

For promotional packages offered to companies with an express refund guarantee on the sales page, the full payment is refunded under the period and conditions stated on that page. For details of the right of withdrawal, please see Articles 6 and 7 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

You can submit your return and withdrawal requests by sending an email to ai.nonform@gmail.com.

There is no formal requirement for the notice of withdrawal: it is sufficient to send a clear statement within the period, stating your order number; you do not need to complete a separate form or use any particular wording. You may also write to our postal address stated in the Contact section.

Return requests are evaluated within 7 working days at the latest. Approved returns are made through the payment method used (credit card/debit card) within fourteen (14) days at the latest. In cases of withdrawal arising from the legislation, this period runs from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches us; in fixed-term subscriptions, the remaining amount is refunded after a pro-rata amount has been deducted for the period used. Once your withdrawal request has been concluded, an information email showing the deducted and refunded amounts is sent to you.
