Delivery and Return Policy

All services purchased through nonform.ai are digital in nature. Purchased render service packages are activated in the user's account immediately upon successful completion of payment. No physical product delivery is involved.

Service packages are reflected in the user's account instantly (within a few minutes at most) following payment confirmation. If the service is not reflected despite payment confirmation, please contact us at technology@fan-form.com.

As render service packages are digital services that become available for use immediately upon purchase, returns are generally not applicable.

Situations where returns may be processed:

• Service completely unavailable due to a technical failure
• Duplicate (double) payment made
• Incorrect amount charged due to a system error

You can submit your return requests by sending an email to technology@fan-form.com. Return requests are evaluated within 7 business days at the latest. Approved returns are processed within 14 business days at the latest, through the original payment method (credit card/debit card).
